So I am currently giving away a limited number of prints from my "OCEAN FOREVER" Collection for FREE to raise awareness for a UK wide mental health campaign I am running this summer.

I quit my 9-5 job three years ago to pursue my passion for art and helping people with their mental health. Since then, I have initiated and contributed to various projects around the world that offer people holistic methods for managing mental health, such as art therapy, support groups, and cold water swimming. I am also the founder of Youth Art Connect CIC which hold regular mental health art clubs for young people.

This ultimate goal for this collection is that it will bring awareness to my Splat & Splash - Stand Against Loneliness - UK Summer Tour. I will be visiting 30 beaches around England Scotland and Wales. In each location I will be helping to bring the local community together for a fun day of art, mindfullness and ocean activites. With the rise of a loneliness epidemic and with it also being one of the prominent contributers to mental health illness, I want to raise awareness for local mental health services and community clubs that are available in the area to help us not feel so alone.

The day of each event will start with participants coming to take part in my paint splat stunt. Followed by mindfulness sessions and dash into the ocean lead by local swimming/surf clubs. I will send you more indepth details about this with your free print email confirmation.

LASTLY

I want my art in the hands of as many people as possible. This helps people know about me and my work, but at the same time helps spread my messages of positivity and creativity. Honestly, I just want to make a great first impression on you. What better way than to let you try my art for free?
